Our Shipping & Returns Policy

All items and charms are carefully packaged prior to postage to ensure they arrive with you safely. In the UK most items will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, international postage may vary depending upon the order and destination country.

Please note that we will always do our very best to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible, however to be safe we say to allow 3-5 working days from payment date to receiving your items. International shipping times may be longer, but we will always aim to keep this to a minimum.

At Heavenly Charms we want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. As such we provide a 14 days no-quibble return policy, so you can send your charm back to us for a full refund. Please note that the charm must be sent back to us in the same condition in which it arrived, and well packaged. We do not cover the cost of return postage, and if the item has been damaged in any way a refund may not be given.
